  • 1 l  Apfelsaft
  • 2 Flaschen Mineralwasser
  • 25 Blätter Gundermann
  • 25 Blätter Giersch
  • 1 Stängel Minze
  • 1 Zitrone

Kräuter zerstossen, mit einen Liter Apfelsaft und der Zitrone,  4Stunden Ziehen lassen. Jetzt den Ansatz mit einem Sieb oder Kaffeefilter Filtern, und das Mineralwasser zugeben.

Schmeckt gekühlt noch bessser.
